E-Learning Award 2022: Category "Competence Management"
This year, we received the E-Learning Award in the “Competence Management” category together with our long-standing client, SICK AG. The award was given for a project to develop the skills of around 4,000 SICK employees in the sales and service area. Since a well-trained sales and service area is a prerequisite for increasing sales and satisfied customers, the competence development of this target group is a top priority for SICK AG.
The LMS Global Teach® has been used successfully in the company for many years. It was therefore obvious to jointly develop a concept for the implementation of skill and competence management within the LMS. In successful and efficient cooperation, a comprehensive system solution was developed that optimally covers the requirements of a large company such as SICK AG and enables sustainable management of employee skills. From now on, employees can independently view the skills required for their role and develop themselves in a targeted manner with coordinated training content.
Since employees and their skills are among the most important success factors in the company, the award-winning project has found a targeted solution that significantly advances not only the team but also the company.

E-Learning Award 2022: Category "SME"
Swissteach was awarded another award in the “SME” category this year. Together with the cleaning company arag AG, we were able to implement a great project that once again demonstrates how important – and above all how easy to implement – e-learning is, even in smaller companies.
The content here involved providing essential online training to all employees. Due to the ISO certification in 2020, arag was initially faced with the challenge of providing proof of training for employees, while the majority of them had different language skills, no fixed workplace and usually no access to computers.
With the corresponding LMS solution, Swissteach was able to ensure that users receive access directly via SMS and thus via mobile phone, and that language barriers do not play a role.
In a wonderful and uncomplicated collaboration, we were able to create a sustainable e-learning experience together with arag. A significant step, not only for the cleaning industry, but also generally for all smaller companies that have previously shied away from using e-learning. The need is obviously great and – as the elearning Award 2022 proves – we have found a successful solution for it!

E-Learning Award 2021: Category "Medium-Sized Businesses"
This year, Swissteach AG was awarded the coveted “E-Learning Award” twice. In the “Medium-Sized Businesses” category, we were able to score points together with SCHORER + WOLF, one of the leading independent expert offices from southern Germany.
The winning project focused on the topic of driver safety training. The aim was to create a training program that efficiently and quickly prepares the employees of any company for the topic and offers them tips and assistance for handling the respective company car.
In this context, the user not only learns everything online about considerate and safe behavior in road traffic, but also more in-depth topics such as “correct behavior in the event of a breakdown / accident” are conveyed in an extremely clear and sustainable manner. The great result: the corresponding sensitization of employees extremely reduces the number of expensive accidents and the respective company saves real money.
What made the project particularly innovative was that not only was the training content itself to be developed, but the whole thing was to be made available as an overall package with a high-performance learning management system (LMS) for companies. It was important here that, above all, field staff (who generally make up the largest proportion of company car drivers in companies) receive a responsive solution that can be used on the move and cleanly records all learning progress of the user. This enables companies not only to prove which employee has completed the e-learning in which form, but also to follow up at any time and go into more detail with individual employees. The long-established, user-friendly LMS GLOBAL TEACH®, in connection with the e-learning mentioned, was by far the best solution and clearly convinced the jury of the E-Learning Journal.
From now on, any interested company can use the online training course “Driver Safety Training” – either separately on its own learning management system or, if required, in connection with the LMS Global Teach®.

E-Learning Award 2021: Category "Content"
We were awarded the E-Learning Award 2021 for our sustainable project “Onboarding: Processes of the Regional Employment Agency (RAV) – From Registration to Deregistration”. Together with the Office for Unemployment Insurance of the Canton of Bern, Swissteach AG developed a highly efficient way of mapping the onboarding of new personnel consultants online and extremely sustainably via E-LEARNING. A variety of current methods were used, such as blended learning, gamification, microlearning, web-based training, or storytelling.
The aim of the project was to make the previous introduction of new employees in the Office for Unemployment Insurance more efficient and thus offer a more individual and time-saving option. To date, the onboarding of new employees has been characterized above all by the following challenges: the training was tied to the workplace and the participants had completely different prior knowledge.
In order to find an effective solution for this, an e-learning course was developed that is characterized by a concrete story from the working environment of the users. Here, the learners are guided through the individual stages of a fictitious case study that is consistently based on the actual everyday work of the user. Depending on their level of knowledge, they can individually counteract the existing knowledge gaps. This offers a more individual and faster way to make the new employees productive in a timely manner. In addition, the presentation of the e-learning is also characterized by playful elements, which result in an extremely quick understanding and at the same time ensure fun learning.
The jury of the E-Learning Journal was so enthusiastic about the project that they even awarded it the award in the comprehensive category “CONTENT”.

E-Leanring Award 2020: Category "Webbased Training"
In 2020, we were awarded the E-Learning Award in the WBT category for the first time!
Together with our customer SIEMENS GLOBAL BUSINESS SERVICES, we were able to develop an extraordinary E-LEARNING that the jury of the E-Learning Journal awarded with the coveted AWARD! In terms of content, the project focused on the topic of “Business Continuity Management”, which enables users to prepare for unforeseeable, spontaneous interruptions (infrastructure failure, natural disasters, pandemic, etc.) in such a way that the continuation of the business is guaranteed at all times. A milestone of the current time, which helps various companies to achieve their sales targets despite the aforementioned incidents. The topic has never been as relevant as it is in times of Corona and Co!
You can of course read about what it is about in detail and what else is so special about this project in the PRESS.
The e-learning course will now also be made available to all other interested companies.
