Performance Review

What is "Performance Review"?

The Global Teach®️ “Performance Review” module offers our clients the opportunity to map performance and potential assessments within the LMS. These usually take place in the form of employee appraisals and feedback on specific objectives.

To ensure that the performance review is constructive and beneficial for both you as an employer and your employees, the foundations are first established. These consist of specific goal setting and a success analysis based on it. This whole concept is also known as “Performance Support” and comes as a package with our “Performance Review.”

Read below to see what this looks like in practice and how Swissteach supports you in your team’s performance.

With Swissteach towards a Constructive Performance Review

To work efficiently together and achieve set goals on time, performance review is a very important element. This usually takes place continuously between employees and their supervisors and is, for example, summarized in an annual employee appraisal. However, the performance assessment of the entire team is also important. Here, actual competencies should be compared with target competencies. This quickly provides an overview of the skills to be acquired via e-learning and/or in-person training within a specific period.

But how is this best structured?

To document and evaluate the learning progress of individual employees or an entire team, you need three things:

For all these points, Swissteach is the right partner for you. As an agency with over 25 years of experience in digital learning, we bring exactly the right expertise for a constructive performance review.

Together with you, we define the learning objectives important for your operational situation. The content required to achieve these goals is then determined in the next step.

To make the performance review as constructive as possible, specific tests and questionnaires can follow the completed E-LEARNINGS.

Performance Review can be selected as a separate module for our Learning Management System GLOBAL TEACH®️. Here, content can be easily summarized and coordinated. Your employees are then trained in a targeted and flexible manner. Performance Support is an indispensable element for implementation, which is related to the Performance Review module.

How Can Performance Review Help You?

A good performance review of your employees and your team offers only advantages for everyone. Through performance assessments and constructive, and above all transparent, feedback, workflows are adapted and made more efficient. Your company benefits from this and enables sustainable competitiveness.

Your employees also benefit from our Performance Review module. Helpful feedback reveals personal strengths and weaknesses that may not have been apparent before. These can then be developed or compensated for accordingly. Their own progress in further training and courses is also documented and made transparent for your employees. This way, all involved parties have a precise overview of target and actual competencies at all times.

Designated HR staff organise most of the administrative tasks (e.g. invitations to participants, reservations for rooms and the necessary infrastructure or other resources). Parts of the process are partially automated.
A software system automates numerous actions. However, there are still numerous manual organisational tasks that require specific employees to take action for the final organisation.
We already have a (learning management) system that supports us with the organisational tasks required for training. There are still a few organisational tasks that have to be carried out manually by a very small number of employees and with only a manageable amount of effort.
We already have a (learning management) system that supports us in all the organisational tasks required for training. It is essentially the brain and coordinating centre that serves all stakeholders in the learning process.
