SUPPORT EMPLOYEE 80-100% (F/M/D)

As a support employee, you will have direct contact with our exciting clients from various industries.
You are their first point of contact and help them further. This means you will play a key role in
customer satisfaction. At the same time, you will also support your colleagues with IT concerns and manage the internal
infrastructure. Become part of our DevOps team and expand your knowledge in IT support, testing and mainte-
nance of the internal infrastructure.


Your tasks

  • Managing the hotline
  • Processing written inquiries via email and ticket system
  • Ensuring that customer inquiries are resolved completely and to their satisfaction
  • Support in release testing
  • Support with internal IT concerns

This is what sets you apart:

  • You have an IT education or comparable experience in the ICT sector.
  • You have experience in using web applications.
  • You are interested in familiarizing yourself with our Global Teach® product in detail.
  • You are motivated and enjoy taking care of our customers’ concerns.
  • You remain calm and keep an overview, even when things get hectic.
  • You have knowledge of using Atlassian Servicedesk or another ticketing system.
  • You have very good knowledge of German and French, as well as good knowledge of English.
  • You work independently, proactively and have a convincing demeanor.
  • You are a Swiss citizen or have a residence permit B EU/EFTA with a flawless reputation.
