Since the beginning of 2020, almost all companies – primarily due to the pandemic – have switched to long-term remote work. In some cases, even repeatedly. One third of employees state that they have significantly improved their digital skills during this time. However, 61% feel little or no support from their employers in building their digital competencies and the associated digitalization of remote work. This was the result of a survey by the Chefsache Initiative in September 2020.[1]
Furthermore, many employees still find it difficult to establish a structured work rhythm at home and to work as efficiently as they would in the office.
With the new e-learning “Suddenly Remote Work”, Swissteach AG now offers increased support. Even if employees may have been working remotely for many months, there are still obstacles and uncertainties everywhere. Thanks to the sophisticated learning program from the e-learning experts, employees become even more productive in their remote work within just 20 minutes, while also gaining confidence and valuable support. The Swiss e-learning experts thus offer a true win-win situation for all affected companies. Ultimately, this also helps avoid costs for health-related illnesses or legal issues.
The aforementioned e-learning includes suggestions for structuring and organizing remote work, constructive solutions for risks such as lack of physical activity and distraction traps, as well as valuable tips on working hours, data protection, and data security, and much more.
The training program is available in both German and English and can be further customized upon request. Interested companies will immediately receive demo access.
