Sales employee / e-learning consultant (80-100%)
As a sales talent, you will help to further expand Swissteach's market position in the field of digital learning and inspire new and existing customers every day in this hub function. As an e-learning consultant, you will provide our existing and prospective customers with advice and support and carry out consultations independently. Our innovative learning platform already has over 2.3 million users and is constantly being developed to meet future customer requirements!
Your tasks:

Planning and realisation of sales activities in the DACH and EU market

Identifying and evaluating potential new customers: Researching and qualifying new customer addresses.

Ensuring the entire sales process, including preparing quotations and order confirmations
-
Carrying out presentations and product demonstrations
- Managing CRM and reports and attending sales meetings
- Consultancy in the field of e-learning, educational concepts and authoring tools
- Attending sales meetings and following up in CRM
- Participation in marketing and customer events
This characterises you:

Successful track record in sales, with an advantage in the area of software products or in the education sector, with an advantage in the area of e-learning

Open, with a convincing appearance, strong communication skills

Strong negotiating and closing skills

High affinity for ICT topics (ideally with an IT background)

Very good written and spoken German, as well as very good English communication skills

You have a talent for organisation, work independently, take initiative and are flexible

You have the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with the situations of our customers and interested parties and find solutions

You have experience in the area of authoring tools (Articulate 360 / Learningslides)

You have experience in the area of standard content
