As a sales talent, you will help to further expand Swissteach's market position in the field of digital learning and inspire our new and existing customers every day. Our innovative learning platform has over 2.3 million users and is constantly being further developed to meet future customer requirements.

Your tasks:

• you planst your own sales activities and skillfully implement them (DACH market with a focus on Switzerland).

• You actively acquire new customers and maintain constant contact with some of our existing customers.

• You ensure the sales process for your leads and work out offers and order confirmations.

• You present our portfolio, adapted to the respective needs of the interested parties.

• You will find pragmatic and creative solutions to the challenges of (new) customers.

• You maintain your leads and accounts in our CRM and corresponding reports.

• In our sales meetings you continuously exchange ideas with the entire sales team.

• By participating in marketing/customer eventsts at home and abroad you make sure that new leads are generated.

• You accompany the orders you have won and support the project management until the successful completion

What sets you apart:

• Successful proof of experience in sales (area of software products and/or e-learning an advantage).

• Your high degree of independence and your quick comprehension set you apart.

• You are open, communicative and have a convincing demeanor.

• Negotiations arouse your ambition and you bring them to a conclusion with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• You have a high affinity for ICT topics (ideally with a computer science background).

• You have very good knowledge of German, both written and spoken, and a very good understanding of English.

• You have organizational talent, work proactively and are flexible.

• You can quickly understand the situations of our customers and prospects and find solutions to them.
