As a support employee, you will have direct contact with our exciting customers from various industries. You are their first point of contact and help them further. This means you play a key role in customer satisfaction.

That makes you stand out:

  • You are interested in dealing with our Global Teach® product in detail.

  • You are motivated and enjoy taking care of our customers' concerns.

  • You keep calm and maintain an overview, even when things get crazy.

  • You have knowledge of Atlassian Servicedesk or another ticketing system.

  • IT training (Federal Certificate of Competence, HF or similar) is an advantage

  • You have a very good command of German and English.

  • Good knowledge of French is an advantage

  • You look forward to using and expanding your skills every day.

  • You work independently, take the initiative and have a convincing manner.
