TARGET GROUP

  • Employees who work with different cultures (regions, departments, individuals). In an increasingly multicultural world, that tends to be everyone.

BACKGROUND

The e-learning program was developed in cooperation with CULTURE CONTACT. The founder Susanne M. Zaninelli is internationally active and has received several awards for her excellent work as a coach.

SUSANNE M. ZANINELLI, M.A. phil, is the founder of the consulting firm CULTURE CONTACT, based in Munich and New York. She is on the road as CEO, trainer, consultant, coach and speaker with her team of trainers on all continents.

Her company develops training programs in the area of key cultural competencies for human resources and organizational development as well as for the advancement of "high potentials" in the leadership field. With these programs, CULTURE CONTACT supports employees worldwide in dealing with different national cultures and the ever faster changing organizational, work and leadership culture in an increasingly digitalized and agile world.
 
Susanne M. Zaninelli has been awarded the MUWITT-AWARD (most successful German HR development and training concepts) and the FOKUS ranking "TOP-COACH 2016", among others.
